The Math Maker is operated by Denella Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using The Math Maker at themathmaker.co.uk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Math Maker provides an online tool for generating personalised maths worksheets for primary school children aged 4–11. We offer a free tier and a paid Pro subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The service is intended for use by parents, guardians, and educators on behalf of children.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

New accounts receive a 7-day free Pro trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

We may change or withdraw the free trial offer at any time for new sign-ups.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain Pro access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download worksheets
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content

All content generated by The Math Maker — including worksheet layouts, themes, and question content — is owned by Denella Ltd. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to print and use worksheets for educational purposes within your household or classroom.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish worksheets generated by The Math Maker without our written permission.

Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to the collection and use of data as described there.

The Math Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular educational purpose.

Worksheets are designed as a supplementary learning aid and are not a substitute for professional educational advice or tutoring.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denella Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
